At the conference, the Provincial Labor Union announced the decision to recognize the Trade Union of the 22-12 Hospital and admitted 289 members, including doctors, nurses, staff, and workers of the hospital, into the union organization. Simultaneously, the decision to recognize the Executive Committee, the Inspection Committee, and the positions of the grassroots union for the first term was announced. The establishment of the Trade Union of the 22-12 Hospital marks an important step in the development of the union organization at the unit, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and consensus of the collective of cadres, staff, and workers.
In the coming period, the Trade Union of the 22-12 Hospital will focus on effectively fulfilling its nhiệm vụ of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of its members and employees; building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations between employees and employers in accordance with the Labor Code and the Law on Trade Unions. In addition, the union will promote patriotic emulation movements, encourage innovation, improve professional quality, and contribute to the hospital's collective efforts in successfully fulfilling its nhiệm vụ of medical examination, treatment, and healthcare for the people...

Speaking at the conference, the leader of the Provincial Labor Union requested that the Executive Committee of the hospital's grassroots trade union quickly stabilize its organization, develop operating regulations suitable to the actual conditions; promote its role as a bridge between workers and unit leaders; focus on caring for the lives of union members and workers; effectively implement emulation movements; proactively understand the thoughts and aspirations of union members to promptly propose and resolve issues related to employment, income, working conditions and policies.
On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Union awarded two grants (1 million VND each) and the Trade Union of the 22-12 Hospital awarded two grants (2 million VND each) to union members and workers whose houses were destroyed by fire.
