Establish the Phuoc An Commune Health Station

(CTT-Dong Nai) - On the morning of January 6th, the People's Committee of Phuoc An commune held a ceremony to announce the Decisions on organizational structure and personnel matters. Comrade Dang Quoc Vu, Standing Committee member and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune, presided over the ceremony.

Deputy Chairman of the People's Committee of Phuoc An Commune, Dang Quoc Vu, presented the decision to temporarily assign Ms. Tran Kim Tho, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch of Phuoc An Commune Health Station, to be in charge of managing the operation of Phuoc An Commune Health Station.

At the ceremony, representatives of the People's Committee of Phuoc An commune announced the decision of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phuoc An commune to establish the Phuoc An Commune Health Station, based on the transfer of the existing Phuoc An Commune Health Station from the Nhon Trach Regional Health Center to be under the management of the Phuoc An Commune People's Committee from January 1, 2026, in accordance with Project No. 13031/DA-UBND dated December 30, 2025, of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province on the transfer of commune and ward health stations under the Regional Health Center of the Department of Health of Dong Nai province to be under the management of the People's Committee of communes and wards.

Deputy Chairman of Phuoc An Commune People's Committee, Dang Quoc Vu, presented the decision to appoint officials from the Nhon Trach Regional Health Center to work at Phuoc An Commune Health Station.

The Phuoc An Commune Health Station is responsible for providing primary healthcare services to the local population; carrying out disease prevention and control; managing community health; and performing other health-related tasks as prescribed by law. The station consists of a Director and Deputy Director, and specialized departments and equivalent units (if any).
The ceremony also announced the decision to recruit and assign 26 officials from the Nhon Trach Regional Health Center, under the Dong Nai Provincial Department of Health, to work at the Phuoc An Commune Health Station from January 1, 2026. Specific duties will be assigned by the Director of the Phuoc An Commune Health Station.
At the same time, the decision was announced to temporarily assign Ms. Tran Kim Tho, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Phuoc An Commune Health Station, to be in charge of managing the operations of Phuoc An Commune Health Station from January 1, 2026, until the personnel of the Board of Directors of Phuoc An Commune Health Station are finalized according to regulations.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Phuoc An commune, Dang Quoc Vu, requested the leaders of the commune's Health Station to review all the tasks of the newly established unit, especially the facilities and conditions for providing primary healthcare to the people; clearly assign responsibilities to each specialized department to ensure the Health Station operates effectively. He also requested the leadership and staff of Phuoc An commune's Health Station to continue to promote the spirit of unity and strive to successfully complete their tasks, contributing to improving the quality of healthcare for the people in the area.
