Young people mobilize to clean up the beach.

On May 23rd, the Youth Union of the Ha Long Bay - Yen Tu World Heritage Management Board, in coordination with the Youth Union of Petrolimex Quang Ninh Co., Ltd., organized the "Clean the Sea" program for May 2026, contributing to raising awareness of environmental protection and preserving the landscape of the Ha Long Bay World Natural Heritage site.

Over 30 youth union members from the two units participated in the program.

Waste is collected and transported ashore for disposal using specialized vessels.

With youthful enthusiasm, the garbage collection activity was lively and effective, demonstrating the high sense of responsibility of youth union members in protecting the environment. In just one morning, the Ang Du Island area, belonging to the Ha Long Bay Conservation Center II, was free of floating garbage, and the area at the foot of the island was also free of accumulated trash.

This is a practical activity that contributes to raising awareness about the importance of environmental protection, especially the protection of Ha Long Bay, a World Natural Heritage site.

The "Clean the Sea" program is an activity regularly organized by the Youth Union of the Ha Long Bay - Yen Tu World Heritage Management Board to spread awareness of preserving the landscape and protecting the World Natural Heritage site; aiming to build an image of Ha Long Bay that is green, clean, beautiful, and sustainably developed.
