The Lam Dong Inspectorate has always considered mass mobilization work as one of its top priorities.

Recognizing that public relations work is one of the top priorities, the leadership of the Lam Dong Provincial Inspectorate regularly directs the implementation of directives from the Central Government, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Committee to all civil servants. This is carried out through weekly Monday morning legal awareness sessions, regular briefing meetings, thematic reviews, and the effective use of the egov system and official email. A notable achievement is the issuance of Plan No. 88/KH-TTr dated January 19, 2024, which serves as a guiding principle for all civil servants and Party members in the agency to carry out public relations work. Through this, civil servants assigned to dual responsibilities have proactively studied and updated their knowledge, flexibly applying regulations to practice. This helps to gradually build a team of inspectors who are exemplary in attitude, administrative discipline, and the spirit of serving the people.

Beyond mere propaganda, the Provincial Inspectorate has institutionalized its public relations work by issuing regulations on public relations work under Decision No. 682/QD-TTr dated May 24, 2022, and clearly assigning responsibilities to each leader and official in charge. Simultaneously, public relations work has been effectively integrated into all professional activities such as inspection, citizen reception, and handling complaints and denunciations, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of state management in the province.

One of the outstanding initiatives in public relations work at the Provincial Inspectorate is the model of effective public relations with "Camera surveillance for inspection work, citizen reception, complaint resolution, and anti-corruption efforts." This is not only a measure to enhance transparency but also to raise the awareness and responsibility of each official and employee in performing their duties. This "effective public relations" model has created a positive effect, helping many complaints and denunciations to be withdrawn at the grassroots level, limiting the emergence of "hot spots" in the locality. As a result, social security and order in the province continue to be maintained and stabilized.

The "Effective Mass Mobilization" emulation movement at the Provincial Inspectorate is also closely linked to the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016, of the Politburo on promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style. Through specific activities, civil servants are trained in the style of "respecting the people, being close to the people, understanding the people, learning from the people, and being responsible to the people," implementing the motto "listen to what the people say, explain things so the people understand, guide the people in their work, and earn the people's trust."

Furthermore, in implementing the overall Administrative Reform Program for the period 2021-2030, the Provincial Inspectorate has publicly and transparently disclosed administrative procedures through posted notices and on the electronic information portal. Except for confidential documents, the rate of electronic document exchange between agencies within the state administrative system has reached 100%, demonstrating a strong commitment to administrative modernization and improving the efficiency of public service.

In 2024, the Provincial Inspectorate recorded no negative feedback regarding the attitude and work ethic of its officials. This result clearly reflects the effectiveness of implementing regulations on public service ethics, strengthening internal inspection and supervision, and the high sense of responsibility of the unit's leaders. Simultaneously, the absence of any "hot spots" of complaints and denunciations is a testament to the effectiveness of the public relations work that the Lam Dong Inspectorate has been implementing systematically, cautiously, and with determination. The Provincial Inspectorate also focuses on coordinating with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and other political and social organizations in social supervision and criticism in accordance with Decision No. 217-QĐ/TW and Decision No. 218-QĐ/TW of the Politburo . The efforts to persuade, explain, and guide citizens to comply with policies and laws have significantly reduced the backlog of complaints and denunciations.

Furthermore, the Provincial Inspectorate has always actively participated in emulation movements launched by the Government Inspectorate, the Provincial People's Committee, and various levels and sectors. Movements such as "Administrative Reform," "Serving the People," and "Studying and Following the Example of Uncle Ho"... have been effectively organized and widely disseminated among all civil servants and officials.

The efforts of the Provincial Inspectorate in its public relations work have been recognized by Decision No. 1830-QD/DUK dated December 10, 2024, of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc of Lam Dong Province, which commends the effective public relations model implemented by the agency. This is a well-deserved reward for a persistent process of building a disciplined, professional, people-oriented, and people-serving administrative environment. The effectiveness of public relations work is not only reflected in the satisfaction of the people, but also serves as a foundation for improving the quality of the administrative apparatus and building the image of inspectors as "sincere, proactive, cautious, persistent, tactful, and effective." This is the core value for the Lam Dong Provincial Inspectorate to continue to promote its role and responsibilities in the era of innovation, integration, and development.
