A report from CCS Insight indicates that Apple holds up to 60% of the global market share in the used smartphone segment. The appeal of used (like-new) iPhones stems from their lower price compared to new devices, while still ensuring a stable user experience, with Apple maintaining software updates and accompanying warranties from retail networks.

Vietnamese consumers are becoming increasingly cautious about spending on technology products, as evidenced by data from Counterpoint Research: the Vietnamese smartphone market declined by 15% between January and May 2025.
