As one of the oldest traditional fish sauce brands, Lành fish sauce is increasingly gaining the trust of customers.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Lanh, owner of the Lanh fish sauce production facility, said that to achieve the delicious flavor of their fish sauce, the facility uses raw materials sourced from various types of sea fish purchased at the Cua Dai estuary, with an annual production of 70 tons.

The fish sauce production process is entirely traditional and handcrafted, strictly adhering to all steps, from selecting raw materials to marinating, fermenting, distilling, and checking protein content.

Ms. Lanh said that, with years of experience, Lanh fish sauce uses black anchovies and white anchovies to achieve the highest quality and nutritional standards. The fish are caught in the right season, when they are mature and plump, to produce fish sauce with the highest protein content. Fresh anchovies, after being caught, are mixed with salt in a 3:1 ratio. This golden ratio is also the secret to creating fragrant, flavorful fish sauce.

"Over time, Lành fish sauce has become a popular choice among customers for its rich flavor, a familiar part of everyday meals."

Furthermore, when choosing Lanh fish sauce, customers will have many excellent options, as the brand's outstanding products include pure fish sauce, chili sauce, shrimp paste, fermented shrimp paste, fish paste, anchovy paste, and more.

"In particular, over the past period, with the continuous improvement of product quality and value, Lanh fish sauce has been recognized as achieving 3-star OCOP standard and is aiming for 4-star OCOP at the provincial level," Ms. Lanh shared.

According to Ms. Lanh, the facility is expected to supply approximately 250,000 liters of fish sauce to the market in 2024, generating revenue of over 2 billion VND. In the future, the facility will focus on improving the design and packaging to make the product more attractive and appealing to consumers.

At the same time, we will continue to participate in exhibitions and trade fairs to promote our products, build quality control processes, and boost e-commerce development.

On the other hand, the facility is also focused on developing management software, anti-counterfeiting labels, innovating production lines, and applying science and technology in production to improve productivity, quality, and value, meet standards, and elevate traditional products to a new level, aiming to expand domestic and international markets…
