On the morning of November 2nd, at the Presidential Palace, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh presided over a solemn welcoming ceremony for Prime Minister Mark Rutte of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the high-level Dutch delegation on their official visit to Vietnam from November 1st to 2nd. This is the third official visit of Prime Minister Mark Rutte to Vietnam since he assumed the position of Prime Minister of the Netherlands, and nine months after Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's official visit to the Netherlands.
