In the first 6 months of the year, the Provincial Library has issued 1,850 new reader cards, serving 15,550 readers at the library. In addition, the work of transferring books, newspapers, and documents to district libraries and multimedia library cars is carried out regularly and continuously, meeting the needs of readers.

With spacious facilities, the Provincial Library is a destination for many families.

The Provincial Library's multimedia library car journey served readers at 45 schools and reading points in districts and cities in the province with 25,666 students participating. On each multimedia library car journey, the Provincial Library gave 1,045 books and many other gifts to students at schools participating in the book contest. In addition, the Provincial Library gave 2,278 books to readers in locations far from the central area in Thai Thuy and Quynh Phu districts. Supporting Hai Duong Provincial Library in professional activities, Thai Binh Provincial Library organized a multimedia library car to serve mobile at Hoang Hoa Tham Primary and Secondary School, Chi Linh city (Hai Duong) with over 300 students participating in the activities. In the first 6 months of the year, the Provincial Library also received thousands of books sponsored by organizations and individuals, adding valuable resources to serve readers.

In the coming time, the Provincial Library will actively supplement documents, newspapers, magazines and children's books to serve on-site and online readers. At the same time, it will pay attention to promoting grassroots library activities, encouraging private libraries and family bookcases to enhance their service to the community.
