In the first six months of the year, the Provincial Library issued 1,850 new reader cards and served 15,550 readers. In addition, the circulation of books, newspapers, and documents to district libraries and the use of the multi-purpose library vehicle were carried out regularly and continuously, meeting the needs of readers.

With its modern facilities, the Provincial Library is a popular destination for many families.

The Provincial Library's mobile library service has served readers at 45 schools and reading spots in districts and cities throughout the province, with 25,666 students participating. On each mobile library trip, the Provincial Library donated 1,045 books and many other gifts to students participating in the book-related competition. In addition, the Provincial Library donated 2,278 books to readers in remote areas of Thai Thuy and Quynh Phu districts. Supporting the Hai Duong Provincial Library in its professional activities, the Thai Binh Provincial Library organized a mobile library service at Hoang Hoa Tham Primary and Secondary School in Chi Linh city (Hai Duong province), with over 300 students participating in the activities. In the first six months of the year, the Provincial Library also received thousands of books donated by organizations and individuals, supplementing its valuable resources for readers.

In the coming period, the Provincial Library will actively supplement its collection of materials, newspapers, magazines, and children's books to serve both in-person and online readers. At the same time, it will focus on promoting the activities of grassroots libraries, encouraging private libraries and family-based book collections to enhance their service to the community.
