On the morning of April 12, 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City Trade and Investment Promotion Center (ITPC), in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Mechanical and Electrical Business Association (HAMEE), organized a training program on "Applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Business and Product Promotion." The event aimed to enhance the AI application capabilities of the business community in Ho Chi Minh City, promote digital transformation, and improve competitiveness in the context of international economic integration.

Speaking at the event, Ms. Ho Thi Quyen, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Trade and Investment Promotion Center (ITPC), said: The training program "Applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Business and Product Promotion" is the first program organized by ITPC in collaboration with the city's industry associations and local business associations to enhance the capacity of businesses in the digital age.
In the context of rapidly developing and constantly innovating digital technology , AI is becoming a crucial factor contributing to profoundly changing the way businesses operate. Ms. Ho Thi Quyen believes that the application of AI not only helps improve management efficiency and optimize business operations but also opens up many breakthrough opportunities in product promotion.

“Towards the goal of having the digital economy contribute 25% to the city's GRDP by 2025, Ho Chi Minh City is implementing the Action Program to carry out Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation. In this program, developing digital human resources is identified as a top priority ,” the Deputy Director of ITPC informed.
