The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a working session with the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the working session of the Provincial Party Standing Committee with the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee this afternoon (April 2nd), Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung requested the Party Committee to focus intensely on achieving growth targets; implementing the reorganization of the administrative apparatus according to the two-tiered government model; implementing major Resolutions and Conclusions of the Central Committee; and preparing for the Party Congress at all levels.

At the conference, discussions focused on solutions for leading and directing the implementation of key objectives. These included accelerating land clearance for key projects, speeding up the disbursement of public investment capital, and national target programs. Simultaneously, the conference addressed the leadership and direction of Party congresses at all levels and the first Provincial Party Congress of the People's Committee of Nghe An province for the 2025-2030 term; focusing on removing obstacles and promoting production and business in various sectors; and striving to achieve socio-economic development goals, especially the target of 10.5% GRDP growth for Nghe An province in 2025.

Comrade Hoang Van Nhien - Deputy Secretary in charge of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee - delivered a speech at the working session.

The leadership continues to promote administrative reform, creating the most favorable environment for the activities of citizens and businesses. In particular, it advises the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the development and implementation of the plan for reorganizing administrative units at all levels and establishing a two-tiered local government system in accordance with the Politburo 's conclusions, ensuring the plan, quality, and progress are met.

Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation - delivered a speech at the working session.

Proactively review and prepare plans following the reorganization of commune-level administrative units to ensure that activities and work are implemented smoothly and without interruption, thus not affecting the achievement of the province's growth targets.

The ultimate goal is to ensure smooth work and prevent any disruptions.

To achieve the 10.5% growth target amidst the ongoing restructuring of the administrative apparatus, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that the Party Committee must identify difficulties and challenges in order to lead and direct their resolution. Regarding the restructuring of the administrative apparatus, the spirit must be one of urgency and proactiveness in implementing the contents of the plan.

In addition, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized the importance of implementing Resolution 57 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science , technology, innovation, and national digital transformation; continuing to review the tasks assigned by the Provincial Party Standing Committee in the past, especially outstanding projects; and paying attention to ideological work for cadres and civil servants. The placement of cadres must be open and transparent, following the principle of "from the placement of personnel."
