Comrade Ton Ngoc Hanh congratulated the cadres, civil servants and public employees working at the Department of Education and Training; and also sent greetings and congratulations to the entire education sector of Dong Nai on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnam Teachers' Day, November 20. He shared that the career of educating people is a glorious but difficult responsibility placed on the shoulders of teachers, therefore requiring teachers to always make great efforts.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Ton Ngoc Hanh assessed: Dong Nai's education sector currently has a very large scale of schools, teachers and students, is very important, and receives special attention from the whole society. The management of the sector requires great efforts, especially from the Board of Directors of the Department of Education and Training in the initial stage of implementing the 2-level local government model.
Therefore, comrade Ton Ngoc Hanh suggested: The entire education sector must continue to make more efforts, especially closely following the targets set out in the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 on implementing breakthrough tasks in the field of education and training. The entire sector must coordinate closely and be determined to have over 80% of schools in the whole province meet national standards by the end of the term. Each teacher in the whole sector must constantly innovate, master professional skills, master the skills of applying information technology and digital transformation to perform well in teaching and learning in the context of continuing comprehensive innovation in education and training.

Comrade Ton Ngoc Hanh emphasized: Dong Nai is focusing on striving to basically meet the criteria of a centrally-run city by 2030, so improving the quality of education and human resources is a particularly important task. The Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee will continue to pay attention, invest and create all conditions for the province's education sector to develop to its full potential. He suggested that the Department's Board of Directors proactively propose and recommend to the provincial leaders the needs for investment and development of the sector so that the provincial leaders can consider investing, first of all ensuring the number of teachers for teaching and learning, facilities, modernizing schools, especially investing in building schools in 8 border communes.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Ton Ngoc Hanh especially emphasized: At the end of this year, Long Thanh International Airport will welcome its first flight and be put into commercial operation early next year, therefore the Department of Education and Training not only pays attention to increasing the rate of national standard schools but also continues to advise the province to attract social resources to invest in building international standard schools, contributing to improving the quality of human resources for the increasingly stronger international integration period.
