The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee met to give opinions on important issues.

On the afternoon of December 15th, Comrade Hau A Lenh, Member of the Central Committee of the Party and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, chaired a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to review reports and proposals from subordinate Party Committees within their authority.

Also attending were: Ms. Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; and leaders of departments, agencies, and the Provincial Party Committee Office.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has given its opinion on the submissions from the Party Committees of the Provincial People's Court, the Provincial People's Procuratorate, the Provincial Inspectorate, and the Provincial Civil Enforcement Agency regarding the key work program for 2026; the submission from the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee on the plan to hold fireworks displays during the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Horse 2026; and the submission from the Party Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee regarding the report and request for support in overcoming damage to infrastructure projects.

Regarding the work program for week 51, Comrade Hau A Lenh, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee had focused on leading and directing agencies, departments, and localities according to the set plan, ensuring stable socio-economic development and maintaining national defense and security.

Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Leng requested the Provincial Party Committee Office and relevant agencies to prepare well the contents for organizing the meeting of the Provincial Party Standing Committee according to the working regulations; to promptly update, fully disseminate, concretize, and implement the conclusions of the Central Committee, new issues, and issues that need to be focused on and completed in 2025; to finalize the draft work program for 2026 of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee; and to prepare well the contents for organizing the expanded meeting of the Provincial Party Committee, in conjunction with emulation and reward work.

The Provincial Party Secretary agreed with the contents and work programs of the judicial agencies for 2026; it is necessary to fully institutionalize the policies of the Central Government and the sector in 2026, in accordance with the requirements of operating the two-tiered local government; in addition to professional duties, attention should be paid to leading the building of a clean and strong Party Committee and Party organizations, promoting the role of collective leadership and individual responsibility, and successfully completing assigned targets; effectively implementing measures to prevent and combat corruption, waste, and negative practices, and judicial reform…

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee unanimously agreed on the principle that the Provincial People's Committee should closely follow the Central Government's directives and make thorough and appropriate preparations for organizing the fireworks display during the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Horse 2025, so that the people can celebrate the New Year in a warm, joyful, and enthusiastic atmosphere.

Mr. Ha Trung Kien, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, presented the report of the Party Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department presented the reports from the Party Committees of the Provincial People's Court, the Provincial People's Procuratorate, the Provincial Inspectorate, and the Provincial Civil Enforcement Agency.

Leaders of the Provincial Military Command presented the proposal from the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee regarding the plan to hold a fireworks display during the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Horse 2026.

The meeting also considered the report of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission on the 2026 inspection and supervision plan of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; the reports of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee on adjusting the investment policies of some projects; the draft plan for building and perfecting the system of legal normative documents… and several other important contents.
