30 trainees were equipped with skills in planting fruit trees to help them recover after storms.

On December 15th, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Agricultural Extension Center, in coordination with the Yen Son Commune People's Committee, organized a training course on techniques for planting and caring for fruit trees and measures to restore orchards after storms for 30 participants, all of whom are fruit-growing farmers in the area.

Officials from the Tuyen Quang Provincial Agricultural Extension Center directly guide local households on techniques for caring for fruit trees.

This training course is being implemented as part of the "Support for Disaster Relief Following Typhoon Yagi " project, using grant funding from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in 2025.

Trainees received direct guidance, exchange of ideas, and practical training from technical staff of the Provincial Agricultural Extension Center on in-depth topics such as: planting techniques, pruning, canopy shaping, and grafting for variety improvement; proper care and fertilization procedures according to each growth stage; pest and disease control measures; and technical solutions for restoring orchards affected by storms, floods, and waterlogging. Through this training course, people gained additional knowledge and practical skills to proactively apply to production, gradually stabilizing their lives and increasing their income.
