The delegation of National Assembly deputies of the 15th term met with voters after the 10th session in Bang Lang commune.

Continuing the program of meeting with voters after the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly, on the afternoon of December 15th, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation met with voters in Bang Lang commune.

The delegation of National Assembly deputies from the province includes: Ms. Ly Thi Lan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies of the 15th term; Ms. Pham Thuy Chinh, Deputy Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee; Mr. Hoang Ngoc Dinh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command, concurrently Commander of the Provincial Border Guard Command; Mr. Trang A Duong, Member of the National Assembly Deputies working full-time at the National Assembly's Ethnic Council; and Ms. Vuong Thi Huong, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Pa Vay Su commune.

Attending the meeting with voters were leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, departments and agencies; leaders of Bang Lang commune, commune officials and civil servants, and people in the area.

At the conference, voters in Bang Lang commune heard a report from the National Assembly delegation on the results of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly. After 40 days of diligent and scientific work, the National Assembly passed 51 laws and 39 resolutions; conducted a review of the work of state agencies during the 2021-2026 term; considered and decided on socio-economic issues, the state budget, investment policies for national target programs and important national projects; conducted thematic supervision, and discussed and contributed opinions on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party... During the session, the provincial National Assembly delegation made 73 speeches in the assembly, and many discussion points were incorporated into the draft documents.

During the meeting, voters in the villages of Bang Lang commune made several requests, including: promptly finalizing mechanisms and policies to enable community residents, households, and commune-level cooperatives to participate in and benefit from carbon credits; implementing a program to support green production transformation at the household level, from seeds and techniques to product consumption; and establishing policies to provide regular support and incentives for artisans and respected individuals.

Officials from specialized departments and divisions of the commune proposed a mechanism for special salaries and allowances for commune and village-level officials in mountainous and disadvantaged areas; consideration of increasing allowances for part-time village and hamlet leaders; increasing allowances for commune military commanders; improving benefits for commune health workers; and unifying the system of procedures and data for health insurance after administrative boundary reorganization.

In her concluding remarks at the meeting, Ms. Ly Thi Lan, Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies of the 15th term, acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and serious participation of the numerous voters in Bang Lang commune. On behalf of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, she provided an overview of the major contents of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly and the 2nd Session of the Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Council, emphasizing resolutions related to decentralization and delegation of power to the commune level, resources for socio-economic development in 2026, and the continued implementation of national target programs. Regarding the voters' recommendations, she stated that the province will soon conduct a preliminary review of the implementation of the two-tiered local government model; continue to improve the organizational structure and staffing; and at the same time pay attention to developing the forest economy in a green and sustainable direction, linked with new mechanisms and policies of the Central Government.

At the conference, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation presented 50 million VND to the Bang Lang Commune Social Welfare Fund.
