In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, General Trinh Van Quyet and the delegation expressed their boundless gratitude for the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the brilliant leader of the Party and the Vietnamese people, who founded and trained the heroic Vietnamese People's Army, and was an outstanding figure in the international communist and workers' movement. He dedicated and sacrificed his entire life to the cause of national liberation, and the struggle for peace and happiness for the Vietnamese people and the people of the world.

Before the sacred spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet and the delegates pledged absolute loyalty to the Party, the Fatherland, and the people; to unite as one; to uphold the traditions of Uncle Ho's soldiers; and to resolutely build a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern army, ready to accept and successfully complete all assigned tasks, and to firmly protect the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam.

After the incense offering ceremony, the delegation visited and learned more about the life, revolutionary career, and shining moral example of President Ho Chi Minh through documents and artifacts at the historical site.

Next, General Trinh Van Quyet visited the tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan at Dong Tranh Mountain, Nam Giang commune, Nam Dan district, Nghe An province; respectfully offering incense, flowers, and gifts to express gratitude and profound respect for her, who gave birth to and raised President Ho Chi Minh - the national liberation hero, the great leader of our Party and people, and an outstanding cultural figure. Here, General Trinh Van Quyet and the delegation lit incense in remembrance of Mrs. Ha Thi Hy, President Ho Chi Minh's grandmother, and Mr. Nguyen Sinh Xin, his younger brother.
