The project uses non-refundable ODA capital of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) funded through HeipAge International (HAI) in collaboration with the Provincial Association of Elderly to implement in Tu Son and Vinh Tien communes, districts. With the goal of piloting building a community-based long-term care model for the elderly, the project will be organized, TWO with international and domestic experts from ADB, the Ministry of Health, pilot model evaluation. Key activities include: Organizing training for stakeholders, service managers and service providers. Organize local stakeholder coordination and management meetings. Procurement and distribution of long-term care equipment and supplies in the area. Regular technical support and evaluation towards local expansion. The project has a total funding value of 109.589 USD, equivalent to 2.575.341.500 VND and will be implemented from July 7 to November 2023.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Elderly Association to closely coordinate with HAI and related units to implement the project in accordance with the purposes and provisions of the law.
