“In particular, units need to strengthen the processing of clean coal from non-coal products to create a source for coal processing and blending; continue to implement the “Three-pronged approach” strategy: Mechanization, Automation, and Informatization in production lines; research and invest in synchronized mechanized lines for coal mining in longwall mining, and mechanized coal extraction in longwall mining with flexible support; and promote investment in large-capacity synchronized equipment lines in open-pit mines to improve the efficiency of loading, unloading, and transportation,” Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan emphasized.
In addition, units are also required to review and supplement regulations/procedures related to coal operation, business, and quality management in accordance with regulations, with the production, screening, blending, and processing units being ultimately responsible for product quality.
