TP - In the heart of every patriot and in every village, mountain, and river of Vietnam, the image of the Fatherland is deeply ingrained. A powerful testament to this is the sacred flag-raising ceremony "The Fatherland in the Heart of the Fatherland" within the framework of the 65th Tien Phong National Marathon and Long Distance Championship – 2024, where the Fatherland appeared sacred and moving.

Placing their hands on their chests, facing the national flag, and singing the national anthem in unison, the young people were filled with pride in the nation's tradition of fighting to defend and build the country; they pledged to follow in the footsteps of their ancestors: "Forward! Let's move forward! Our Vietnamese nation will endure!"

Along with national pride, feelings of joy and happiness resonate and spread.

Immediately after the "Salute the flag" signal, the national flag was slowly raised to the sound of the stirring Vietnamese national anthem.

The flag-raising ceremony, conducted by the Phu Yen Provincial Military Command, was solemn. The National Flag Team carried the national flag and performed the flag-raising ritual.

Driven by their love for their country and a desire to have wedding photos taken with the red flag with a yellow star, young couple Quoc Anh and Quynh Anh (working in Ho Chi Minh City) are overjoyed that their wish has come true.

At Bai Mon - Mui Dien (Dong Hoa town, Phu Yen province) - the place that welcomes the first sunrise on mainland Vietnam, shaped like the homeland, there is a miniature Vietnam formed by 3,200 young people wearing red shirts with the yellow star flag.
