Fatherland in the hearts of young people

TP - In the heart of every patriot and in every village, mountain, and river of Vietnam, the image of the Fatherland is deeply imprinted. A strong proof of that, at the sacred Flag Raising Ceremony "The Fatherland in the Heart of the Fatherland" within the framework of the 65th Tien Phong Newspaper National Marathon and Long Distance Championship - 2024, the Fatherland appeared sacred and emotional.

Putting their hands on their chests towards the national flag and singing the national anthem in unison, the young people were filled with pride in the nation's tradition of fighting to defend and build the country; vowing to follow in the footsteps of their ancestors: "Forward! Forward together! Our Vietnamese country will last forever."

Along with national pride, emotions of joy and happiness resonate and spread.

Immediately after the "Flag Salute" command, the National Flag is slowly raised to the background of the heroic Vietnamese National Anthem.

The Flag Raising Ceremony was conducted by the Phu Yen Provincial Military Command and took place solemnly. The National Flag Team carried the national flag and conducted the flag raising ceremony.

Youth Union members of Phu Yen province enthusiastically raised the national flag.

Loving their country and wishing to have a wedding photo with the red flag with a yellow star, the young couple Quoc Anh - Quynh Anh (working in Ho Chi Minh City) were happy when their wish came true.

At Bai Mon - Mui Dien (Dong Hoa town, Phu Yen) - the place that welcomes the first sunrise on the mainland of Vietnam, shaped like the Fatherland, there is a miniature Vietnam formed by 3,200 young people standing out in red flag shirts with yellow stars.

Young people have one thing in common: The Fatherland is always in our hearts! I love Vietnam.

The young soldiers were solemn and moved when witnessing the national flag gradually being raised and fluttering in the sky.

Special “athletes” from Truong Sa Lon Island run alongside athletes on the mainland, to once again affirm the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands; affirm the blood connection between the mainland and the sea and islands, including the mainland – Truong Sa, Hoang Sa.
