On the morning of November 14, General Secretary To Lam and the Central working delegation visited and worked at Bach Long Vi island district, Hai Phong city.

The delegation included: General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member, Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Minister of Public Security ; Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh, Party Central Committee member, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly; Mr. Ho Duc Phoc, Party Central Committee member, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance; Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San, Party Central Committee member, Deputy Minister of National Defense, and leaders of central and local departments, ministries, branches.

At Bach Long Vi Island, General Secretary To Lam offered incense to commemorate heroic martyrs at the Heroic Martyrs Monument; and presented gifts to officers and soldiers of Radar Station 27, Regiment 295, Air Defense Division 363.

On the morning of November 14, General Secretary To Lam and the working delegation attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the project to build a public house, a canteen, and an infection control house at the Military-Civilian-Medical Center of Bach Long Vi island district.
