Announcement of decisions to establish the Provincial Party Committee Office after the merger

On the morning of July 5, the Provincial Party Committee Office held a conference to announce the decisions on the establishment of the Provincial Party Committee Office. Comrade Nguyen Van Dung, member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee and Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office chaired the conference.

According to Decision No. 09-QD/TU dated July 1, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Office was established, an agency directly under the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee on the basis of merging the two former Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee Offices.

The new Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Office consists of 5 specialized departments and 1 public service unit: General Department; Administration and Archives Department; Party Finance Department; Management Department; Digital Transformation - Cryptography Department; Kim Binh Guest House.

Comrade Nguyen Van Dung, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, presented the Decision to appoint Heads of specialized departments of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

The Provincial Party Committee Office has functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure, staffing and working relationships according to the regulations of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. In addition to the functions of advising, synthesizing and serving the general activities of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Office is also the focal unit coordinating the organization of personnel work; policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers; finance, assets and issues arising during the transfer process between the two Provincial Party Committee Offices before the merger.

The conference announced the decisions on mobilization, assignment and appointment of leadership and management positions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee. Accordingly, comrade Nguyen Van Dung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, holds the position of Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Deputy Chiefs of the Provincial Party Committee Office: Nguyen Thi Thu Chang, Vu Van Hieu, La Dinh Dien, Pham Dinh Kien, Hoang Kim Luu, Ha Viet Hung, Truong Van Nam, Pham Thu Trang and Vu Thanh Tung. The conference also announced the positions of Heads and Deputy Heads of specialized departments under the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office presented decisions appointing Deputy Heads of Professional Departments of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Speaking at the conference, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office Nguyen Van Dung emphasized: The establishment of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Office is a step to concretize the Party's policy on streamlining the apparatus and operating effectively and efficiently.

He requested that cadres, civil servants and employees in the Office continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, promptly stabilize the organization, promptly deploy advisory, synthesis, logistics and service tasks to ensure efficiency, contributing to the overall success of the Provincial Party Committee after the merger.
