Training on Operational Management Systems

On the morning of August 29th, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province organized a training conference on the Operational Management System for 200 officials of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province. The aim was to raise awareness among provincial-level officials and civil servants of the Vietnam Fatherland Front about digital transformation and the use of the operational management system, ensuring uniformity, synchronization, and interconnection throughout the entire Vietnam Fatherland Front system from the provincial to the grassroots level, in accordance with the two-tiered local government organizational model.

During the training session, officials and specialists from the Digital Transformation and Cryptography Department of the Provincial Party Committee Office imparted and guided participants on the basic contents of the Operational Management System; the document and work file management system, the reporting information system, and the online meeting system; the basic contents of interconnected operational management document accounts using the Operational Management System software; basic skills for exploiting and using the Operational Management System of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Tho province; and the application of information technology to ensure network security and information security in carrying out the political tasks of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels.

Through this training session, participants were equipped with basic knowledge and skills regarding the connection of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province to a wide-area information network via a modern, synchronized dedicated data transmission network. This enables the deployment of information systems and professional software with high efficiency, allowing for effective processing and analysis of large datasets, connecting the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the provincial and commune levels with Party and State agencies, and providing controlled internet connectivity. The training also aims to innovate the management, direction, and operation methods of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels to optimize costs, save time, improve work efficiency, and contribute to enhancing the quality of the Fatherland Front's activities, meeting the requirements of the new era.
