On August 1, the delegation of the 108 Military Central Hospital led by Colonel, Associate Professor, Doctor, People's Physician Nguyen Phuong Dong, former Head of Department A11, offered incense and flowers at the Vi Xuyen National Martyrs Cemetery and the Martyrs' Temple on the 468 high point, Nam Nghat village, Thanh Thuy commune.
