Promote the role of the staff center, synthesize, and effectively serve the political tasks of the province.
After the merger, the Office quickly completed its apparatus, issued regulations on functions, tasks, working regulations, and assigned specific tasks to leaders of departments and units; ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations. Currently, the Provincial Party Committee Office has 5 specialized departments and 1 affiliated public service unit, including: General, Administration - Archives, Management, Party Finance, Digital Transformation - Cryptography and Kim Binh Guest House; a total of 90 cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers.

In recent times, the Provincial Party Committee Office has promoted its comprehensive advisory role, serving the Party Committee in directing and operating. The agency has taken the lead in advising on the implementation of the Politburo's and the Secretariat's conclusions on the consolidation and merger of administrative units, ensuring the smooth operation of the two-level government model. Along with that, the preparation work for the 1st Congress of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, has been proactively, synchronously and on schedule. The Provincial Party Committee Office, with its standing role as the Document Subcommittee and Logistics Subcommittee, has excellently completed its tasks, contributing to the successful organization of the Congress.
The advisory and synthesis work has been carried out methodically and effectively. From July 1 to now, the Office has advised on organizing 13 meetings of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, 9 meetings of the Standing Committee and 7 meetings of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; prepared content and conditions for thematic conferences, working sessions with central agencies and delegations of Party and State leaders to visit and attend major activities in the province. The digital transformation - cryptography work has achieved many outstanding results: 100% of commune and ward-level units have deployed operational management systems with more than 5,800 user accounts; newly issued over 2,500 digital signatures and 636 secure storage devices, contributing to promoting the application of information technology in the activities of Party agencies.

In addition to the achieved results, the report also pointed out a number of difficulties and limitations: Coordination in preparing some contents to be submitted to the Party Committee is still not uniform; human resources in information technology and archiving are still lacking; facilities and archiving equipment do not meet requirements.
At the working session, discussions focused on solutions to improve the quality of general advisory work; remove obstacles in Party financial management, archives, and facilities; strengthen training of digital transformation human resources; continue to innovate leadership and management methods, promote the sense of responsibility and internal solidarity, ensure effective operations, and better serve the province's political tasks.

Concluding the working session, Comrade Hau A Lenh, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, praised the sense of responsibility and efforts of the collective leadership, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Provincial Party Committee Office in the initial stage of merger, proactively and flexibly completing a large amount of work, contributing significantly to the success of the Provincial Party Congress and the major political tasks of the province.
To complete the assigned tasks, Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh suggested: First of all, the Provincial Party Committee Office should improve the organization and staff of specialized departments, arrange staff equally and with high quality in all fields, with special attention to staff in the field of digital transformation. Office staff must be virtuous, talented, dedicated, dynamic, creative, and skilled in performing work tasks. Office leaders must strengthen the urging and assignment of staff in a scientific and reasonable manner, taking work efficiency as a measure of staff capacity; continue to maintain discipline and administrative discipline, promote the spirit of responsibility, innovation and creativity in work. He also especially emphasized the coordination between specialized departments, the Office is the "bridge" between the Provincial Party Committee's committees to put forward the Party Committee's guidelines and policies.

In the coming time, the Provincial Party Secretary suggested that the Provincial Party Committee Office should continue to review the previous directive documents of the two provinces to advise on synchronous amendments; strictly manage the Party's assets, proactively guide inspections and synthesize decentralized units to ensure compliance with regulations; pay attention to policies and regimes, ensuring working conditions and living conditions for cadres and workers; create a vibrant competitive atmosphere within the agency and between specialized departments.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested the staff and employees of the Provincial Party Committee Office to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, unity, proactiveness and creativity in performing their tasks; closely coordinate with agencies and units to effectively advise the Provincial Party Committee on leadership, direction and comprehensive management of all fields, contributing to building a truly clean and strong Provincial Party Committee Office, excellently completing assigned tasks.
