Innovation and creativity in training and fostering political theory

Although it has only been officially operating under the new model for 4 months, Dai Phuc Commune Political Center has affirmed its role as a "baseline political training center", with many innovative and creative ways in training and fostering political theory. Not only imparting theory, the Center is truly becoming a place to "light the fire" of ideology, fostering leadership and management skills for cadres and party members in the current period of innovation.

Students promote self-awareness and responsibility in studying at political theory training classes.

Recently, within a week, Dai Phuc Commune Political Center organized 2 training courses on "Regulations on decentralization, delegation of power and determination of authority in the fields of culture, justice, and internal affairs in 2025". Despite the rainy and windy weather, the trainees were still present in full, on time, and studied seriously. That image shows the sense of responsibility and high political awareness of the grassroots cadres.

This class is just one of 23 training and development classes that the Center organized in 2025, attracting 1,671 participants. The programs are designed to be diverse, covering everything from Party awareness, political theory for new Party members, Party work for Party cell secretaries, to topics on history, digital transformation, and propaganda skills. This diversity reflects the Center's innovative thinking and flexible approach in approaching and organizing political theory education activities.

In 2025, the Center will deploy 3 new training topics, attracting 205 students, with rich and practical content. These are the topic "Our Party is truly great" - arousing pride, strengthening revolutionary ideals; the topic "Implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on developing science , technology, innovation and national digital transformation"; the topic "Skills to identify bad and toxic information on cyberspace" and "Preventing and combating high-tech crimes".

The highlight of the training courses is the harmonious combination of theory and practice, tradition and current events. Students are equipped with basic knowledge of the Party's policies and guidelines, and are guided to apply them to practical work, improving their management capacity and adaptability to new requirements at the grassroots level.

The center also focuses on innovating teaching methods, inviting lecturers who are leaders of provincial departments and branches, and those with a lot of practical experience to teach directly. Topics are presented in an open way, encouraging discussion and exchange, making the class lively, attractive and related to the daily work of students.

Along with theoretical teaching, the Center has organized 17 practical training classes, with 1,235 students participating at relic sites and cultural museums inside and outside the province. Through each trip, students have the opportunity to combine theory with practice, understand more deeply the ideological values ​​and guidelines of the Party, and practice skills in applying knowledge to work. Classroom hours are followed by vivid experiences, helping students "learn to understand", "learn to do" and "learn to innovate".

Comrade Dang Cuong Quyet, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council, Director of the Dai Phuc Commune Political Center, said: After its establishment, the Center advised the Party Committee to issue a decision to establish a team of part-time lecturers. The lecturers include leaders of departments, offices, and branches of 10 communes within the scope of responsibility; most of them were cadres with teaching experience at the old Dai Tu District Political Center.

A highlight of the Center's activities in 2025 is to innovate training content in line with the two-tier local government model. "Hot" topics, close to local realities, are included in the program such as: Decentralization and delegation of power in the fields of culture - society, justice - internal affairs; digital skills and propaganda of network information security; prevention and combat of high-tech crimes. This approach helps training courses become more and more practical, meeting the work requirements of cadres and party members at the grassroots level.

Comrade Duong Thi Hong Van, Deputy Director of Dai Phuc Commune Political Center, said: In 2026, the Center plans to open 33 training classes with 4,568 students, including 13 basic political theory classes and 18 specialized classes, professional classes on Party building, inspection - supervision, Party Committee office, citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement. This number shows the scale of activities, and at the same time the determination to innovate and improve the quality of political theory training at the grassroots level, aiming to build a team of cadres who are solid in theory, proficient in practice, and good at work.

From the results achieved, it can be affirmed that Dai Phuc Commune Political Center is a bright spot in the innovation of political theory education in Thai Nguyen. Each class and each field trip contributes to cultivating ideals, strengthening beliefs, improving capacity and political mettle for the team of cadres and grassroots party members who directly implement the Party's policies and resolutions into life.

Dai Phuc Commune Political Center was established on the basis of reorganization of the former Dai Tu District Political Center. The center is a place to train cadres and party members of 10 communes, including: Dai Phuc, An Khanh, Phu Lac, Phu Xuyen, Phu Thinh, La Bang, Van Phu, Quan Chu, Duc Luong and Dai Tu.
