Attending the school's founding ceremony were Mr. Ho Nhu Duyen, Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Education Trade Union, Deputy Director of the Southern Education and Training Development Center; Ms. Le Thi Kim Oanh, Deputy Director of the Dak Lak Department of Education and Training, along with more than 300 staff and teachers and 3,400 students of the school.

From its early days with 30 classrooms and 913 students, Victory School has grown significantly to 100 classrooms and 3,400 students, becoming a shining example in the private education system of Dak Lak province.
The school is currently one of the pioneering institutions in combining the national education program with international academic programs; making English a second language in teaching, applying information technology, life skills, and organizing experiential and creative activities for students.

Thanks to systematic investment and a long-term development strategy, Victory School has built a modern, dynamic, student-centered learning environment that encourages each student to maximize their potential.
Speaking at the anniversary celebration, Ms. Tran Thi Thiet, Founder and Vice President of the investor of Victory Primary, Secondary, and High School, emphasized: “Education is changing every day. Artificial intelligence, technology, and globalization open up many opportunities but also pose more stringent requirements. These challenges are the driving force for Victory to constantly innovate and affirm its path of sustainable development.”

According to Ms. Thiet, Victory School will continue to invest in teaching quality, staff capacity, educational technology, and learning experiences, so that each student is fully equipped with the knowledge, skills, and intelligence for an ever-changing future.
