Training in applying artificial intelligence skills in office administration

On November 1-2, at Ca Ty Hotel Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan College coordinated with the Institute of Human Resources Training and International Cooperation to organize a training course on "Application of artificial intelligence (AI) in office administration".

This is the third AI training course organized to improve the capacity of applying digital technology for cadres, civil servants and public employees of agencies and units in Lam Dong province, with more than 85 students attending.

The highlight of the course is that the program is updated with many modern AI tools, linked to practical work. Students spend over 90% of their time practicing and experiencing AI applications such as: drafting documents, official dispatches, emails, reports, planning, managing work schedules, assigning tasks, creating automatic minutes, supporting decision-making and solving administrative management situations.

In addition, students are guided to create chatbots for practical applications in work such as: Chatbots for writing reports, making plans, checking documents or chatbots for receiving and answering people's questions... contributing to automating work processes, improving efficiency and service quality.

Students practice

In addition, students will be able to directly work with ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Studio, NotebookLM, tools for creating photos, videos , and creating attractive and engaging music. After the course, students will work faster, more efficiently, more professionally, and become "AI specialists of their agency".

The course "Application of artificial intelligence (AI) in office administration" not only equips knowledge and skills, but also contributes to spreading innovative thinking, promoting administrative modernization in the spirit of Resolution 57-NQ/TU "On breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation".
