On November 4, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued a decision to establish working groups to review and remove difficulties and obstacles for non-budget investment projects in the province.

Accordingly, the province established 6 working groups to review and remove difficulties and obstacles for various fields with 288 projects .

Working Group No. 1 is in charge of the fields of energy, minerals, agriculture, forestry, fisheries; locality and other fields related to 51 projects; led by Mr. Le Trong Yen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, including leaders of relevant departments and branches.

Working Group No. 4 is in charge of tourism and tourism services in Binh Thuan (old) with 63 projects headed by Mr. Nguyen Minh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The working group advises the Provincial People's Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and the Steering Committee on reviewing and removing difficulties and obstacles related to projects in Lam Dong province to study viewpoints, principles, and legal situations to consider and propose projects to apply mechanisms to remove difficulties and obstacles according to regulations. In addition, the working group advises leaders and directs the resolution of difficulties and obstacles for works and projects in the province and proposes competent authorities to handle difficulties and obstacles in cases beyond the local authority.

In addition, the Department of Finance reviews, synthesizes, adjusts, supplements and classifies projects facing difficulties and obstacles in the province to synthesize and report to the Provincial People's Committee to assign tasks to each Working Group according to regulations.
