The report presented at the conference indicated that, for the 2024-2025 academic year, schools within the Emulation Bloc consistently prioritize the task of training high-quality human resources to serve the socio-economic development of Lam Dong province and the region. Training activities are implemented seriously, in accordance with regulations, and aligned with the fundamental and comprehensive reform of education and training as outlined in Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW.
100% of the schools in the bloc have completed their training plans for the 2024-2025 academic year according to schedule, and have successfully implemented student recruitment counseling for the 2025-2026 academic year. They have strengthened guidance on building "Schools with a cultural life" and "Schools free from social vices," creating a healthy pedagogical environment for students to study and train.
Schools should proactively review, adjust, and develop training programs based on a competency-based approach, enhancing practical application and alignment with labor market needs; actively improve teaching methods with a student-centered approach; and organize scientific conferences and specialized seminars to improve the quality of training and management.
Digital transformation in education is being accelerated by schools through the implementation of various software programs for managing training, student affairs, and staff; AI training for lecturers and students to access new technologies; and the teaching staff is gradually being standardized, improving their professional skills, pedagogical expertise, and information technology capabilities. Many lecturers are actively participating in scientific research, compiling teaching materials, and transferring knowledge into practice.
In terms of training quality, all schools achieved 100% of the targets for academic and behavioral performance.

The head of the emulation bloc, together with the units within the bloc, organized the signing of an emulation agreement and launched a patriotic emulation movement with the theme "Discipline, responsibility, innovation, and improvement of training quality".
The bloc's activities are of high quality and well-prepared. The schools within the bloc are responsible for participating in cultural and artistic activities, scientific research, fostering solidarity, expanding exchanges, sharing experiences, and developing the strengths of each unit within the emulation bloc.
However, alongside the positive results, the emulation movement within the bloc still faces numerous difficulties and obstacles. These include: “Some units within the bloc still face difficulties regarding infrastructure and funding for professional activities, scientific research, and digital transformation. College enrollment is challenging due to the inadequate channeling of secondary school students. The quality of student intake in the bloc is not high, and there is a significant imbalance between different training systems and professions. The identification and replication of exemplary models are not carried out regularly; rewarding individuals directly involved in labor and teaching is limited. International cooperation in some schools remains fragmented, lacking depth and failing to fully exploit its potential,” added Dr. Bui Quang Son.
