Speaking to Tuoi Tre Online late today, September 26th, Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department, stated the above. According to Mr. Dung, after the tax filing process was completed, the number of new land tax applications submitted increased very rapidly.

Previously, immediately after the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee issued document 5635 allowing the use of the current land price list to calculate taxes while awaiting the issuance of a new land price list, the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department issued an urgent directive requiring the heads of tax branches to prioritize and focus resources on resolving land-related documents received from August 1st as soon as possible, working even on Saturdays and Sundays...
