In District 6, the largest plot of land is at 621 Pham Van Chi Street (Ward 7), with an area of approximately 29,877 m2, which has been designated for a 1/500 scale planning project – developing a mixed-use high-rise complex combining offices, commercial services, and a hotel.
In District 11, the plot of land at 402/3 Hong Bang (Ward 16) is approximately 37 m2 in size and is zoned for existing residential land renovation.

In Thu Duc City, the land plot at 84/4A, Block 3 (Linh Trung Ward), covers 15,281 m2, with 12,700 m2 zoned for new residential construction, 1,921 m2 for a school, and 660 m2 designated for transportation infrastructure.
These last two plots of land are located in functional zone 13, South City New Urban Area, Phong Phu commune, Binh Chanh district.
Specifically, the northern plot of land in residential area 13E, measuring 1,802 m2, is planned for commercial, service, and office use; the southern plot of land in residential area 13E, measuring 2,464 m2, is planned for development into a commercial and office business center.
According to the plan, these land plots will be auctioned off in the third quarter of 2025.
The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Land Development Center to implement the plan, ensuring compliance with regulations and promptly reporting on progress, results, and any difficulties encountered so that the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee can review and provide guidance.
