Currently, the Department of Transportation has transferred 100% of the compensation cost according to the approved estimate to District 7 and H. Nha Be. Up to now, there are 41/50 cases of District 7 and 28/45 cases of Nha Be side agreeing to receive compensation and hand over construction sites this June.
It is expected that the investor will start the project in June and complete the work by the end of 6. According to Mr. Luong Minh Phuc, in District 7 there are still 9/50 cases where households within the project scope have not yet agreed to receive money for handing over the premises; Nha Be encountered 17/45 cases that did not agree to receive the money for handing over the premises. Therefore, in order to speed up the completion of the project and put it into use, the investor proposed to the People's Committee of District 7 and Nha Be District to complete the compensation payment procedure for affected households and organizations. by the project and hand over the ground for the Traffic Board to start the work in June at the latest to ensure the disbursement plan.
For the Department of Planning and Investment, it is recommended to advise the City People's Committee to transfer the remaining VND 93 billion of compensation and resettlement support recorded for one project to another to increase the efficiency of capital use and disbursement rate. .
