Award ceremony for the 'Impressions of Dien Bien' contest.

The "Impressions of Dien Bien" video /clip contest aims to create a source of high-quality digital materials to serve the local tourism promotion and communication efforts during the digital transformation period.

This year, the Organizing Committee received 204 entries.

After more than two months since its launch, the Organizing Committee has received 204 entries in three categories: short videos, long videos, and AI-powered videos. According to the judging panel, the entries have rich content, reflecting diverse, creative, and modern perspectives.

Many short videos showcase a youthful, vibrant style, keeping up with media trends; while longer videos effectively explore the cultural and historical depth of Dien Bien . In particular, the AI-powered video genre is a groundbreaking innovation, demonstrating the creators' ability to embrace new technologies in promoting the image of their homeland.

The organizing committee awarded first prize to the authors with outstanding works.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee decided to recognize and award a total of 16 prizes with a total prize money of 96 million VND to high-quality video/clip entries. Of these, the short video/clip category had 7 prizes, including 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize, 2 Third Prizes, and 3 Consolation Prizes. The First Prize went to the work “Tua Thang - Ha Long Bay on the mountain in the heart of the Da River” by author Pham Lam Anh, Him Lam 1 village, Dien Bien Phu ward.

The long video/clip category had 7 prizes, including 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize, 2 Third Prizes, and 3 Consolation Prizes. The First Prize, worth 10 million VND, was awarded to the work "Dien Bien - The Heroic Spirit from the Land of Heroes" by author Nguyen Duc Hung, residing at 48 Ta Quang Buu, Bach Mai, Hanoi .

In the thematic award category, there were two prizes, including one for the most impressive application of technology/AI to the work "The Beauty of the Homeland and Cuisine of Dien Bien" by Thanh Xuong Kindergarten in Muong Thanh ward, and one for the most popular work on digital platforms to the work "Dien Bien - The Heroic Spirit from the Land of Heroes" by author Nguyen Duc Hung.

More than just a platform for artistic creativity to promote the image of Dien Bien, the "Impressions of Dien Bien" video clip contest in 2026 also strongly spreads humanitarian values and a spirit of community responsibility.
