Candidates taking the exam at the 10th grade entrance exam board for the school year 2023-2024 Bac Lieu High School for the Gifted
On the morning of May 30, at 5 Councils of the 20th grade high school entrance exam, the school year 10-2023 in the whole province simultaneously held the opening of the exam. The entrance exam for 2024th grade high school in the school year 10-2023 is organized by the Department of Education and Training. Participating in the exam at 2024 councils, 20 candidates registered for the exam. In which, the most registrations were at the Examination Council of Bac Lieu High School (Bac Lieu City) with 8.550 candidates, Vo Van Kiet High School (Phuoc Long District) with 930 candidates, and Le Thi Rieng High School (District). The Department of Education and Training said that the province's enrollment target for the 2023-2024 school year is 6.942 10th grade students, an increase of 345 students compared to the 2022-2023 school year. The unit with the highest enrollment target is Le High School. Thi Rieng (Hoa Binh district) with 602 targets, followed by Bac Lieu High School (Bac Lieu City) with 600 targets. The unit with the lowest enrollment in grade 10 is two specialized schools: the Provincial Ethnic Minority Boarding High School with 2 targets, Bac Lieu High School for the Gifted with 140 targets.
The exam will take place in 2 days 30 and 31/5 with 3 subjects: Literature, English and Math. In which, 439 candidates registered to apply to Bac Lieu High School for the Gifted will take the additional exam according to their wish to register on the afternoon of May 31, 5.
