Continuing the working program in Quang Binh , on the afternoon of February 23, the working delegation led by Senior Lieutenant General, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong offered incense and flowers to Lieutenant General Dong Sy Nguyen in Quang Trung commune, Ba Don town on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Lieutenant General Dong Sy Nguyen (March 1, 1923 - March 1, 2023).

Senior Lieutenant General, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong and the delegation respectfully offered incense and flowers in memory of Lieutenant General Dong Sy Nguyen, an outstanding son of Quang Binh.

In the sacred atmosphere, the members of the delegation bowed in gratitude for the great contributions of Lieutenant General Dong Sy Nguyen to the country, vowing to continue to follow the indomitable and resilient example of Lieutenant General Dong Sy Nguyen.

Next, the delegation visited and met with the armed forces of Quang Binh province.

At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong highly appreciated the efforts and important results that the armed forces of Quang Binh province have achieved in recent times. At the same time, he discussed the key tasks of the armed forces and some contents of related laws that are being developed, commented on, amended and perfected.

Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong suggested that the armed forces of Quang Binh province continue to promote their heroic tradition and sense of responsibility, focus on researching, proposing, and advising the province in summarizing the implementation of military, defense, and security policies and tasks; actively participate in building and perfecting laws in a complete and appropriate manner, ensuring feasibility; strengthen solidarity, constantly strive to excellently complete all assigned tasks, create a stable environment for development, worthy of the heroic tradition of the armed forces and the trust of the Party and the People.

On behalf of the leadership of the Quang Binh Provincial Military Command, Colonel Doan Sinh Hoa, Commander, deeply accepted the instructions of Senior Lieutenant General, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong.
