Deploy Token Digital Signature and Sim Digital Signature to submit documents online on iGate System

The Department of Information and Communications has just issued a document requesting departments, branches, sectors, and district-level People's Committees to coordinate in implementing Token Digital Signature and Sim Digital Signature to submit online applications on the iGate System.

This is an activity to effectively implement Decision No. 2969/QD-UBND dated December 29, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee on the announcement of the List of administrative procedures provided, received and resolved online on the Dak Lak Provincial Public Service Portal.

Currently, the Dak Lak Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System (iGate System) is ready for people, businesses and households to perform 02 digital signature functions: USB Token and SIM PKI (Public key infrastructure) in transactions with state agencies on the iGate System.

Accordingly, departments, branches, sectors, district-level People's Committees (district-level People's Committees proactively deploy this content to commune-level People's Committees and community digital technology teams) need to propagate and guide people, businesses and households to use Token Digital Signature and Sim Digital Signature to submit documents online on the iGate System. For Dak Lak Telecommunications, support agencies, units, organizations, individuals and businesses to submit documents online using digital signatures on the iGate System.

It is known that digital signature (also known as USB Token) is a type of electronic signature used to replace manual signatures on digital electronic devices, documents and digital documents. With diverse applications in many fields, the number of individuals, organizations and businesses using digital signatures is increasing.
