According to the Lao Cai Provincial Meteorological and Hydrological Station, on the night of February 10th and during the day of February 11th, the weather in the province will be cloudy with scattered light rain, clearing up in the afternoon. Low-lying areas will experience cold weather from night to morning, while high-altitude areas will experience intensely cold weather.
