The 274th Regiment organized a youth discussion forum.

On the evening of May 9th, the Youth Union of Regiment 274, Air Defense Division 377, selected the Youth Union of Company 5, affiliated with the 2nd New Recruit Training Battalion, to organize a youth discussion on the theme: “The youth of Company 5 are steadfast in ideology, strictly adhere to discipline, and are proactive in successfully completing assigned tasks.” This unit was chosen to host the event first to gain experience for the entire regiment's Youth Union. Attending the discussion were the unit's Party Committee and commanders, along with nearly 130 officers, union members, and young people from the branch and the affiliated unit.

At the seminar, officials, union members, and young people exchanged and shared experiences, practical skills, and insights on overcoming difficulties, taking control of themselves and their lives; conscientiously adhering to discipline; building strong political character, moral qualities, and a pure and healthy lifestyle; and effectively resolving relationships among comrades, colleagues, superiors, and subordinates.

In addition, officials, members, and young people also shared many good experiences and creative ways in organizing and implementing models and movements to improve the quality of propaganda, dissemination, and education on law and discipline, such as: "Youth Union branches without officials, members, or young people violating discipline and law," "One law per week," "Self-awareness, self-management, self-improvement," "Youth Union branches without officials, members, or young people smoking cigarettes," etc.

Through this discussion, the Party Committee and unit commanders gained a thorough understanding and assessment of the ideological situation; the work of education, management, discipline compliance, and safety assurance of cadres, union members, and youth. Based on this, the unit determined future directions, tasks, and solutions to further enhance awareness and compliance with laws and discipline; build a team of cadres, union members, and youth with strong political resolve, strict discipline, and a proactive spirit in successfully completing all assigned tasks, contributing to building a comprehensively strong, exemplary, and outstanding unit.
