Center for Digital Transformation of Culture, Sports and Tourism: Organizing a training course on using artificial intelligence (AI) in administrative work.

To provide the necessary knowledge and skills to optimize workflows, on the morning of April 4th in Hanoi, the Center for Digital Transformation of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) organized a training course on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) for all officials, civil servants, and employees working at the Center.

Mr. Le Manh Hung – Head of the Digital Infrastructure and Information Security Department (Center for Digital Transformation of Culture, Sports and Tourism) provided guidance on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to all officials, civil servants, and employees working at the Center.

During the training session, Mr. Le Manh Hung – Head of the Digital Infrastructure and Information Security Department (Center for Digital Transformation of Culture, Sports and Tourism ) – provided an overview of artificial intelligence, offering basic concepts, the important role, and the potential of AI in supporting and guiding administrative work.

Also at the training course, officials, civil servants, and employees of the Center were guided on how to apply AI to process automation support tools (RPA), handle daily tasks, analyze data to achieve more accurate decisions, and develop chatbots to support the declaration and analysis of planned applications to improve management efficiency.

Through the training course, officials, civil servants, and employees of the Center have gained a better understanding of the benefits that AI brings: AI helps increase work efficiency, minimize errors, improve the quality of public services, and optimize resources. In addition, trainees also gained a better understanding of AI deployment processes, including: cost structure, data security, and personnel training needs to ensure effective AI application; and general principles for civil servants and employees in state agencies using AI chatbot models for work.
