Today, April 14th, the Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy announced the expected tuition fees for students enrolling in the 2024 academic year, with the highest fee reaching 84.7 million VND per academic year.
The new tuition fees for the 2024 enrollment period range from 46 to 84.7 million VND per year (depending on the major).
Therefore, the university is applying a 10% increase in tuition fees for many majors compared to the previous academic year for undergraduate students enrolling in 2023 (41.8 - 74.8 million VND/year).
The public health sector saw the smallest increase, at 46 million VND per year (an increase of 1 million VND compared to last year).
The tuition fees for the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Ho Chi Minh City will be applied in the 2024-2025 academic year.
Tuition fees for courses from 2019 and earlier are lower.
Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Khoi - head of the school's training department - said that according to the resolution of the school council, the tuition fee for undergraduate programs in the 2024-2025 academic year mentioned above also applies to students admitted from 2020 onwards.
