During the past school year, the school had 77 students winning prizes in the provincial excellent student competition (including 2 first prizes, 6 second prizes, 29 third prizes and 39 consolation prizes); many high awards in start-up competitions, science and technology competitions, national defense and security education sports competitions. In particular, the high school graduation rate reached 100%, affirming the prestige and comprehensive education quality of the school.

Entering the new school year 2025 - 2026, with a scale of 36 classes, 1,630 students and 92 cadres, teachers and staff, To Hieu High School continues to set the following goals: Maintaining order and discipline; improving the quality of comprehensive education; innovating teaching methods according to the 2018 General Education Program; developing capacity, qualities, life skills and behavioral culture for students. The school strives to maintain high achievements in education quality, excellent student exams, and high school graduation exams.
