Thanh Dong Cheo Singing Club of Hai Phong city is the 42nd club managed by the City's Center for Culture, Cinema and Exhibition, with 46 members and a board of directors of 5 people.

Hai Duong used to be famous for “Eastern Cheo”, one of the four famous Cheo around Thang Long citadel. The Eastern Cheo is also famous for famous artists such as Pham Thi Tran, Trum Thinh, Trum Bong, the late People's Artist Trinh Thi Lan, Minh Ly... After Hai Duong merged with Hai Phong City - a dynamic and modern port city, it is not only a key economic center in the North but also a place where unique cultural and artistic values converge.
