T&T Group inaugurated phase 1 of two large-scale real estate projects in the Mekong Delta

After a period of rapid implementation and accelerated progress, at the end of October 2023, T&T Group officially inaugurated phase 1 of two projects: the T&T City Millennia high-end commercial, villa, and apartment complex in Long An and a mixed-use residential and commercial complex in An Giang. These are two large-scale real estate projects in the Mekong Delta and key projects completed to celebrate the 30th anniversary of T&T Group.

Spanning 267 hectares in Long Hau commune, Can Giuoc district, Long An province, the T&T City Millennia commercial, villa, and high-end apartment complex is being developed by T&T Group with the aspiration of creating a millennium city with the appearance of modern international metropolises. The project's planning and design are inspired by the glorious and vibrant history of Can Giuoc, like bright and lively lotus flowers, based on the harmonious blend of natural, cultural, historical, and human influences, combined with the finest elements from waterfront regions around the world such as Venice – Italy and Gardens by the Bay – Singapore.

Furthermore, the T&T City Millennia project is formed and connected by the East-West cultural axis and the North-South lifestyle axis, integrating local culture into a trendy and elegant lifestyle. The project is divided into 4 phases with 12 subdivisions featuring 3 main architectural styles: Modern Asian – Vietnamese Identity – European Architecture. The residential areas are planned as ecological communities, integrated urban areas, and smart cities… with a cultural life and close connection to the local culture. The amenities and functions are optimally and comprehensively designed, along with a green ecosystem, creating an ideal living environment close to nature, aiming to create an elite community – a life of convenience, prosperity, honoring cultural identity, developing economic infrastructure and sustainable green urban landscape in Long An. The project is developed by the investor Thai Son – Long An JSC, in collaboration with the world-renowned landscape architecture consulting brand Belt Collins and the reputable general contractor Newtecons. Phase 1, recently inaugurated, covers an area of ​​69.38 hectares and includes villas, townhouses, and shophouses featuring a modern Asian architectural style.

Meanwhile, the An Giang mixed-use residential and commercial complex project is the first iconic project in Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province, based on a harmonious blend of Vietnamese cultural identity and global excellence, aiming to create a prosperous life and a thriving community in An Giang Province. The project is being developed on approximately 3.5 hectares with a total investment of over 2,378 billion VND, located in the heart of Long Xuyen City. Inspired by famous European squares and pedestrian streets, the project aims to create a "stopping point," a "gathering place" embodying a spirit of compassion along the Long Xuyen River. It includes rows of commercial townhouses and residential units, a mixed-use commercial-service-hotel complex connected to a central square, and a design element reminiscent of the legendary Thất Sơn mountain range, leaving a lasting impression of the region's culture on both residents and visitors. The project is developed by Vinh Thien Da Nang Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the renowned design consultant WestGreen Design (Canada) and the reputable general contractor Newtecons.
