Over the course of a century, spanning two centuries and marked by countless ups and downs, the revolutionary journalists of Vietnam, with their upright and honest pens, have accompanied the nation, grown alongside the Party, and developed with the country, becoming an integral part of the Vietnamese revolution. Throughout those years, the revolutionary journalistic community continuously grew in number, constantly honing their qualities, abilities, and professional skills to fulfill the glorious responsibility of a soldier-writer in different stages of the revolution.

Having fulfilled its glorious mission over 100 years, alongside the cause of building, developing, and prospering the country, our Party, and our people, the revolutionary press of Vietnam continues to lead the noble task ahead: to rise with the nation in the new era, as stated by the General Secretary.

To Lam emphasized: “The new era is opening up a bright future for the nation. The new era also places new and higher demands on revolutionary journalism, requiring journalism to develop accordingly, to grow alongside the nation, and to be worthy of a professional, humane, and modern press.”

General Secretary To Lam's insightful guidance reflects both expectations and political mandates, calling on every journalist and every media organization to comprehensively innovate their thinking, working methods, and organizational structure. Therefore, in the current period, streamlining media organizations and internal structures will further enhance efficiency and effectiveness, making revolutionary journalists in this new development phase even more skilled and producing more appealing journalistic products.

The 100th anniversary of Vietnam's Revolutionary Press Day is a national political and professional event; a special milestone for today's generations of Vietnamese revolutionary journalists to be even more grateful to their predecessors, especially President Ho Chi Minh - the founder and creator of the country's revolutionary press - and to continue moving forward.

Along with the press nationwide, journalists in Thanh Hoa province are well aware of that glorious and heavy responsibility, and strive to improve, innovate, and reach new heights.
