Tinh Huc beach on Lo river, bordering Nong Tien and Hung Thanh wards, Tuyen Quang city, has become a spontaneous beach for people.

During the hot season, some alluvial flats along the Lo River are used by people as spontaneous swimming beaches, always posing a risk of drowning, especially for young children.

The People's Committee of Nong Tien Ward and the People's Committee of Hung Thanh Ward have put up notices, reminders, and warnings for people to stay safe when coming to this area, but many people still risk their lives by swimming into the water. In recent years, there have been a number of tragic drowning cases in this area.

Immediately after receiving the information, functional forces of Tuyen Quang province were present at the scene to search for the victim.
