Billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong establishes a "super holding company" and makes his mark with Masterise.

VINENERGO HOLDING Joint Stock Company, recently established with a charter capital of nearly VND 79,763 billion, is attracting attention not only because of the overwhelming ownership stake of billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong, but also because of the presence of shareholders who previously played important roles in the Masterise Group and Techcombank ecosystems.

According to the National Business Registration Portal, VINENERGO HOLDING Joint Stock Company was officially established on May 20, 2026, with its headquarters located at Chu Huy Man Street, Vinhomes Riverside Urban Area, Phuc Loi Ward, Hanoi City.

This company primarily operates in the field of business management consulting and other management consulting services (excluding legal consulting, financial consulting, and tax consulting). It also conducts market research and public opinion polling.

According to the business registration records, VINENERGO HOLDING Joint Stock Company has a charter capital of nearly 79,763 billion VND, with a founding shareholder structure consisting of one institutional shareholder and five individual shareholders.

In this structure, Vingroup Corporation – JSC is the sole institutional shareholder, owning a total of 19.04% of the charter capital, equivalent to over VND 15,185 billion worth of shares.

Individual shareholders hold 80.96% of the company's charter capital. Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong is the largest shareholder with 66.03%, equivalent to approximately VND 52,669 billion worth of shares. Other shareholders are members of Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong's family: Ms. Pham Thu Huong (Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong's wife) holds 4.91%, and Ms. Pham Thuy Hang (Ms. Pham Thu Huong's sister) owns 5.01%.

The remaining shareholders are Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy, who owns 4.51%, and Ms. Bui Thi Hai Ha, who holds 0.5% of the charter capital. According to our research, these shareholders all hold important roles in businesses within the Masterise and Techcombank ecosystems.

In early August 2023, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy took the position of Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of One Mount Group JSC – a company in which Vingroup held a 51.2% stake at the time of its establishment. In addition, One Mount is also one of the businesses within the Techcombank ecosystem and has a partnership with Masterise.

However, in March 2022, Vingroup announced that it had transferred ownership and was no longer the parent company of One Mount Group. Currently, One Mount Group's charter capital has been increased to over 7,089 billion VND, 2.3 times its initial capital.

Earlier in 2025, One Mount attracted attention when it was tasked by General Secretary To Lam with building a "Make in Vietnam" Layer 1 blockchain network, in collaboration with the Vietnam Blockchain Association (VBA). This was considered a strategic step to enable Vietnam to master blockchain technology, creating a foundation for remarkable development in the digital age.

Regarding shareholder Bui Thi Hai Ha, data shows that she briefly held the position of General Director of Saigon Investment and Development Joint Stock Company from May 2022 to October 2022. This company is integrated into Masterise's ecosystem at The Global City Thu Duc Project.

In addition, Ms. Ha has served as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Supreme Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company since August 2019 and holds a 15% ownership stake in the company. Supreme Real Estate is associated with the prime land plot in the Saigon - Ba Son complex.

She was also the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors at Van Son Investment, Trading and Service Company Limited, and held an 18.3% ownership stake from May 2019 until December 2021, when Ms. Ha no longer held any capital contribution in Van Son. The 18.3% was transferred to shareholder Ho Anh Minh - General Director and Legal Representative of Masterise Group.
