Chairman of the People's Committee of Co To commune, Nguyen Van Van, along with functional forces, launched an urban beautification campaign.
On the first day of the operation, the authorities proceeded to dismantle platforms, canopies, and awnings that obstructed visibility; at the same time, they removed illegally placed signs and advertisements on sidewalks along main roads, in the central administrative area, at intersections, and especially in market areas.

The people agree with the local government's policy.
For businesses that display goods and furniture in a way that obstructs traffic, authorities will issue a written warning and request that they voluntarily remove the items as required. Those who intentionally resist or repeatedly violate the regulations will have their goods confiscated and be processed according to the law.

The streets are clearer after authorities launched an operation to restore urban order.
Following the campaign, the People's Committee of the commune will hand over specific sections of roads and areas to the relevant departments, organizations, and hamlets for self-management. The commune's police force will continue to intensify patrols and set up checkpoints during peak hours to promptly detect and strictly handle cases of repeat offenses.
