The one-stop service center in Suoi Hoa commune (Tan Lac district) is equipped with information lookup machines to serve citizens and businesses.

Currently, the province has effectively implemented 43 out of 76 essential public services according to the roadmap set out in Project 06/CP; integrating and providing 1,500 public services out of 1,860 administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal, achieving 80.65%.


Departments and agencies are focusing on completing, developing, and applying specialized data to serve socio-economic development in the locality, including closely managing the changes in 954,894 people. To date, the entire province has received 830,424/954,894 identity card applications, reaching 86.96% for 3 age groups; received 720,812 electronic identification accounts; completed the digitization of 775,870 civil registration data records from November 26, 2024; completed 63,511 digital primary school records; developed applications for processing traffic violations at 19 key traffic points and intersections; used identity cards, electronic identification, biometrics, and KIOSKS in medical examinations and treatment at healthcare facilities; standardized and cleaned up 83% of children's data. Data cleaning for beneficiaries receiving monthly social security benefits reached 99.70%; the number of social security beneficiaries with accounts reached 76.98%; non-cash social insurance payments totaled over 28 billion VND for unemployment insurance, lump-sum benefits, sickness benefits, and maternity benefits, reaching over 90%; cashless payments for pensioners were promoted, reaching 48%; 615 criminal record certificates were issued via the VNeID application; 100% of medical facilities and schools offer cashless payment services through various methods (bank transfer, QR code scanning, e-wallets, etc.).


Focus on creating a foundation in infrastructure, technology, and resources to develop digital citizenship through the issuance of identity cards with electronic identification to eligible citizens. 1,500 remote digital signatures were issued to citizens and businesses for use in online public services. Citizens received medical examinations and treatment covered by health insurance using chip-embedded identity cards at 219 medical facilities, achieving 100% coverage, with 591,230 searches; synchronization and verification of specialized data with the National Population Database: Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance reached 99.87%; the number of people participating in Social Insurance and Health Insurance using the VssID application reached 24%.


Notably, the province has been applying modern equipment from the national population data center, along with specialized data, to serve state management and citizen transactions, ensuring greater security, safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Accordingly, the province has been applying and using 27 models in various fields: population management, healthcare, insurance, taxation, etc. Currently, it continues to install advanced technological equipment in agencies, units, and businesses, facilitating state management and citizen transactions; and actively applying and utilizing VNeID features and utilities in social life…


Currently, the Provincial People's Committee is directing the continued promotion of widespread propaganda and raising social awareness about digital transformation and Project 06/CP, with a focus on diverse forms, content, and results to serve the people and businesses. Emphasis is placed on disseminating information and guiding people to use the integrated features on the VNeID application, such as issuing criminal record certificates and electronic health records. This aims to improve people's satisfaction with the government and gradually form the habit of using online public services in resolving administrative procedures.


Maintain and ensure that specialized data is "accurate, complete, clean, and active" for completed civil registration data; coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security to connect, clean, and synchronize with the National Population Database to immediately reduce related administrative procedures. Expeditiously implement measures and solutions to continue completing other specialized data (land, labor, etc.) as directed. Review administrative procedures that have been connected, integrated, exploited, and verified with the population data, reduce administrative procedures, and eliminate the need for citizens to present relevant documents, thereby contributing to improved administrative procedure reform and better serving citizens and businesses.


Ensure absolute security and safety of citizens' information and the equipment system connecting to the National Population Database in the exploitation, application, and development of population data to serve the reception and resolution of administrative procedures. Continue to promote the dissemination of information on the development of science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation so that officials, citizens, and businesses understand and create a widespread ripple effect throughout society.
