SJC gold bars return to historical peak, 125 million VND/tael

(QNgTV)- The world gold price today (August 18) increased to 3,346 USD/ounce. Domestically, the price of SJC gold bars is at a record level of 125 million VND/tael, SJC gold rings are traded at 119.5 million VND/tael.

Gold prices of domestic brands increased simultaneously. SJC gold bars returned to their historical peak of 125.5 million VND/tael, about 18 million VND/tael higher than the world price (excluding taxes and fees).

Specifically, at 2:00 p.m. today, Saigon Jewelry Company (SJC) listed the buying and selling price of SJC gold bars at 124-125 million VND/tael, an increase of 500,000 VND compared to the previous session. The difference between buying and selling is 1 million VND/tael.

The price of SJC 9999 gold ring is 117 million VND/tael for buying and 119.5 million VND/tael for selling, an increase of 400,000 VND compared to the previous closing price. The difference between buying and selling is 2.5 million VND/tael.

DOJI gold bar price in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City is trading at 124 million VND/tael for buying and 125 million VND/tael for selling, an increase of half a million VND compared to the previous session.

PNJ Gold is currently buying at 116.8 million VND/tael and selling at 119.8 million VND/tael, up 200,000 VND and 300,000 VND respectively compared to the previous session.
