Tri Ton is a mountainous commune where the Khmer ethnic minority accounts for 46.8% of the total population. Despite facing numerous difficulties in natural and social conditions, the commune has always recognized its potential and advantages, leveraging its internal resources to develop the local economy and society. A solid foundation for development lies in the people's tradition of unity and high level of consensus with the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws. This has also led to the maintenance and effective implementation of many successful "people mobilization" models across various fields, contributing to strengthening the people's trust in the local Party committee and government.

In the overall picture, a highlight is the "Effective Mass Mobilization" model implemented by the Women's Union of Tri Ton commune. The model of the Women's Group saving money in piggy banks at the Women's Association branch in Hamlet 6 has been implemented in accordance with the local situation and has received positive responses from members and women. According to Nguyen Phuong Thao, Vice President of the Tri Ton Commune Women's Union, the model was established based on the women's habit of saving. At the end of March, the Women's Group saving money in piggy banks officially started operating with the participation of 15 members. The branch leader also serves as the group leader, responsible for managing, recording, and reporting finances. At the end of the year, the group will "open" the piggy banks and allocate a portion of the savings to support members and women in difficult circumstances.
