On the same day, Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son sent his condolences to Indian Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar.
At least 280 people were killed and more than 900 others injured in a continuous railway accident in the Indian state of Odisha on the evening of June 2. This is the deadliest accident in India in more than 6 years.
